Fees

Accepting Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Husky, Harvard/Pilgrim, UnitedHealth/Optum, Connecticare, Oxford, and Private Pay.

Counseling/Therapy Session Costs:
45 min session: $135
60 min and EMDR sessions: $150
Evaluation: $175

Duration of Treatment:
The number of sessions required to meet your therapeutic goals will vary. This can be discussed with your therapist.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fee:
Because your session time is reserved for you, it is necessary to charge a late cancellation fee of $100 for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Bank returned checks will incur an additional charge of $25.

Insurance:
If I AM a provider with your insurance carrier and you would like to use your benefits, please contact them directly to learn about your coverage costs.

If I AM NOT a provider under your insurance, and if your health insurance includes “Out of Network” outpatient mental health benefits, this provision usually provides coverage for my services. This means you are responsible for payment at the time of service and I will provide you with an itemized statement/invoice at the end of the month, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
